Hi @anthela-alecize-2, please be informed that the Deriv X platform has been phased out and you can no longer create new Deriv X accounts.
By August 18, 2025, all Deriv X accounts without open positions have beeen archived, and any funds will have been transferred to your CR account/wallet. For accounts with open positions, Deriv X will switch to “close-only” mode, so you’ll only be able to close existing positions, and you won’t be able to open new ones.
Please ensure you close all open positions by October 1, 2025. Any positions still open after this date will be closed automatically by October 2, 2025, and the remaining balance will be transferred to your CR account.
Don’t worry! You can still trade available CFDs on MT5 and cTrader. If you have any questions or need help with this transition, please contact us. We’re here to help.
Honestly, instead of sending out automated responses, it would serve you better to actually listen to your users’ complaints.
The current Deriv TradingView is grossly inadequate. It has multiple problems, and the best version you ever had—Deriv X—has now been phased out. If you paid attention to user feedback, you would never have removed what was arguably your most effective trading platform.
Here are some of the major issues with the current platform:
- 24H Chart Glitch: Every time you load a chart and switch to the 24H timeframe, the chart glitches. This is no longer a minor bug—it’s a recurring system flaw that has existed for over a year and remains unresolved. Very poor.
- Limited Timeframes: Charts cannot extend beyond 24H. Deriv X had both Weekly and Monthly timeframes, which were invaluable for proper analysis.
- No Cloud Syncing: Unlike TradingView, your platform doesn’t support saving and syncing online. Any analysis, drawings, or chart customisations remain locked to a single device. Switching devices means starting all over again. Deriv X solved this issue, but you removed it.
- No In-Platform Trading: Deriv X allowed users to place trades directly within the platform. The current setup does not.
You might argue that cTrader addresses some of these concerns, but have you actually used it? It’s clunky, unresponsive, and unintuitive. Its only redeeming feature is the ability to set alerts—nothing more.
I sincerely hope you take your users’ feedback seriously. These issues are frustrating enough to make me reconsider trading Deriv pairs altogether.
