Derive P2P Disputes

Why doesn’t Deriv support apply some restrictions on Buyers/sellers who mark orders as paid yet they don’t complete payment??

Such user should have some restrictions once the dispute is against them some that these cases can be reduced.

My order is in despute , someone update his status that money is paid but i didn’t receive nor he provide any proof of money , now my order is in despute . several times i contact in live chat but no response from investigation team
