Disappointing Customer Support

It takes up to 3 days just to get one response from support. Very dissapointing

Copy-paste the same message into Deriv Live Chat and politely request they escalate the matter or create a ticket.

If you’re an IB, mention it explicitly—this often gives your request more weight.

I appreciate the services you provide, but I’d like to express a concern shared by many users. The current response time from support—often taking up to 3 days or more just for a single reply—is very disappointing and causes delays in resolving even minor issues.

As active traders and IBs, we rely on timely assistance to maintain trust and efficiency. Kindly consider improving support response time, especially for verified and active clients. A faster, more responsive system would greatly enhance the overall Deriv experience.

As clients, the only direct way we have to communicate with the company is through Live Chat. This is our only bridge to connect with Deriv.

If even this service does not perform well or respond on time, how can we build trust in the company? We respectfully request that the Live Chat support service be improved to provide quicker and more helpful responses. It will really help clients feel more confident and valued.

First, support agent give replies very late, and second, the support team is not serious about solving the clients’ problems. They don’t understand the client’s point of view, they just keep repeating the same thing and don’t solve the problem.
