No one from deriv comes back to you, I am waiting for days for someone to help me sort out my account as I am unable to make any deposits, keep saying deposits are locked, created a few tickets already, all the time talking to a dum ass bot, deriv are unprofessional when it comes to helping their clients, please stay away from them if you have to… Service sucks

This is my problem with Deriv. The customer service is too slow. How can it take more than two days to pick up a ticket, and no one responds to messages on the chatbot? Whatsapp is online, but there is no response to messages. What the heck?
The service is Crap indeed. If the Bot does not give you the run around the live chat just tell you to wait till the person that send you the email to respond, Who block someones cashier and then go on weekend? talked on whatsupp and send mails but still nobody has resolved the issue. Its time that a managers contact details is posted because they know that their manager cant be contacted. Always the same answer, go to live chat, where you are also not helped. POOOOOR service indeed
