Failing to withdraw using Visa card and dont have other payment methods

Hi Deriv Community Members,

I have been making deposits using Visa card and now i want to withdraw but deriv is giving me a limit of an amount which is even below the amount i deposited .Deriv is telling me use other payment methods but i dont have options of other payment methods .please help
