How do I cancel a crypto withdrawal?

Hi Deriv Community,

Once requested, you can cancel a cryptocurrency payout. Here are the steps to do so:

Step 1: Ensure you are on your Deriv crypto account.

Step 2: Go to your cashier page and click on withdrawal.

Step 3: Once you have verified your withdrawal request via e-mail, the link will redirect you to the withdrawal page again. The Pending Payout section will now be visible for cancellation.

Step 4: You can see your crypto withdrawal request from that page and if it is visible, you can cancel the payout from your end.

If you are unable to cancel the payout, please contact us. We will then proceed to check further and assist you.
