I can't login to MT5 with my laptop and my Volatility 250 is not responding

Please I’ve contacted customer service regarding the 2 issues I’m having not being able to login to MT5 platform using my laptop and also my Volatility 250 is not responding to buy or sell buttons. They promised looking into my matter and after 3 working days there’s no solution yet.
Please kindly help me out because it has reduced the pairs I can trade with.
