Can anyone advise me what to tell support so they locate my funds. They are unhelpful thus far. USDC can be sent via BEP20(BSC) or Ethereum (ERC20)(Response below)

Please be informed that if clients are using Binance Smart Chain or Binance chain network to transfer the funds, it will be lost as it is not supported.
It is also stated clearly from the USD Coin deposit portal as per attachment.
