lol. you sent me an email at my registered email address? lol. what everyone said? deriv support agents no hear what customer said, they just copy past a message. i said my registered email is not accessible and i want to change my email address. that ticket for that. and you sent me email at my registered email address. lol. this is the 2nd joke.






It’s been a week since I’ve been trying to talk to a support agent to resolve my issue. but there is no one. if by chance any agent chat then he/she just copy past same replay. there is no one serious to resolve customers issues.
