am an Introducing Broker (IB) with Deriv. Recently, I have been facing an ongoing issue with client referrals.
When my clients register new accounts using my referral link, the clients do not appear under my IB account. They are registering through my correct referral link, but the referrals are not being tracked or shown in my dashboard.
I have contacted support multiple times and provided all the required information, including the client’s email address and account details. However, I was informed that the client does not have a Deriv account, which is incorrect.
The client also contacted Deriv support directly and was told that it is not possible to assign or tag the account under my IB referral. I would like to understand why this is happening. Has the referralsystem been changed or stopped?
Additionally, live chat support is almost always unavailable, and my assigned account manager is constantly offline. This raises serious concerns, as it is difficult to receive proper support. Is Deriv currently experiencing a shortage of support staff?
I would appreciate a clear explanation and a prompt resolution to this issue.
