I'm a Deriv Master partner but all my sub-partners has no referral links

I joined the Deriv Master partner and I have so many people that registered under me as a sub-partners but none of them got their referral links. When they login to their account and click on “My Referral Links” it will take them back to the dashboard. This is the issue that all my sub-partners from different countries are facing and I’ve chatted the customer support in the Live chat but did not get the issue resolved. More than 50 people have registered under me as sub-partners but they’re facing the challenge of having no Referral Links. Please help
