I am a Platinum Plus partner with Deriv, yet no account manager has been assigned to handle my issues.
My referral link is not working — clients are not being added under my agency, and when I contact support, they refuse to register them under my account.
After 5 years of partnership, Deriv is taking my clients and stealing my commissions.
And now it has escalated further — Deriv is directly taking my clients.
They withdrew $8,406 from one of my client’s accounts without any reason or permission. They even blocked the live chat so he cannot contact you.
Even I am not getting any response.
Has working with Deriv become like this? What is happening? Can anyone explain?
