Hello, my name is Basel, a Platinum Partner.

I am tired of sending emails. Is Deriv without employees? No one has replied to me for more than 4 months.

I used to earn commissions from Deriv, but the referrals were not being added, and now I no longer receive any commissions at all—they have stopped completely.

Has the commission distribution been canceled? What is happening? Today is the 5th day without commissions, and I have clients trading with over $100,000.
