No Referral link for my sub-partners

What is happening with Deriv…???
No customer support for Nigerians; They put a horrible person as a customer support agent for Nigerians(Amy but name) and she don’t even know anything about Deriv :cry:
When you ask her question, she’ll go and copy something not related to the question a paste, she don’t answer questions, neither she helps😢

I’ve been trading Deriv for over 9yrs now and I am a Master partner in Deriv; I have over 50 person that register as a sub-partners and these people are from different countries but none of them can see their referral links when they click on “My Referral Links”

This is a very big problem and I’ve been trying to reach customer support on both WhatsApp and Live chat but Amy is the only customer support and she don’t even know anything💔

I told her to connect me to the specialist for that issue but she refused and she cannot help
