I am writing this post to raise a serious and ongoing issue with Deriv’s referral system.
My referral link does not properly track new client registrations. When new clients sign up using my referral link, they do not appear under my referral dashboard.
When I contact Deriv support about this issue, I am asked to provide full client details, and the client themselves must contact support in order to be manually placed under my referral. Even after Deriv confirms that the client has been added under my referral, no co ission is credited, despite the client depc funds and actively trading
This leads to several serious questions:
How can I know who has actually registered using my referral link?
How am I supposed to track my referrals if they do not appear automatically?
Do partners need to personally know every client who registers through their link?
promote Deriv through social media platforms, and most of these clients are not personally known to me. I cannot contact every individual client who clicks my link. All my marketing efforts, time, and sleepless nights bring clients to Deriv, yet the benefit goes entirely to the company while I receive nothing.
All my effort and hard work seem to go directly to Deriv without fair compensation. This situation is extremely frustrating and unacceptable, and it has caused me to completely lose trust in the partnership system.
I am posting this here nand transparency, accountability, and a clear explanation from theDeriv team. This issue must be investigated seriously.
