Lost money in p2p

I had bought 9$ using deriv p2p the transaction was complete and the money was showing , after some time i checked and the balance is @ zero where did my money go?

And yes i have tried your live chat thing i am not getting connected to support i keep on talking to your bot and its annoying i need answers
