So, my previous debit card was used for fraud, so I blocked it and I have a new one, but Deriv won´t withdraw my money to my new debit card, because they say they need a bank statement stating that I requested a new Debit card due to fraud. Anyone that can help me with that?
P.s. I already spoke to my bank and they are not willing to help me giving me a letter for that.

But deriv is right in what they are requesting.
You need to get a statement from your bank to back up your claim.
