Withdrawal not recieved in bank account yet

Good day.

I did 120 usd withdrawals on the 29th Sept and 01 Oct respectively.

I use to use a different debit card and recently canceled it and got another one as it was damaged.

When i did the withdrawal i used the canceled card hence the funds are off the derive wallet but haven’t reflected nor reversed from the canceled card to the derive wallet
