I have made a withdrawal request from deriv. Account on oct 2nd and 3 rd of to my local bank in India via Visa card and it’s showing processed from deriv side but I have been expecting the payment in my account ever since and still it’s not been credited … I contacted the chat section and they have provided me with a ARN I’d and I have forwarded it to my bank and still it has not been seen anywhere in my bank neither in international terminal nor the local bank terminal … neither the amount is seen in my deriv wallet … I have contacted again and again to the chat section and they keep on telling it’s been processed and contact with the bank … so what am I to do … the deriv agent is not giving any other details like , bank name or exchange name or anything … seems like something fraud is there and they are not acting like a legit company … I have been expecting this money for almost 1 month … can anyone help me out please
