Trade disabled

It’s almost a week now I created an account, but I can’t trade on mt5 yet because my broker is yet to update some stuffs under my profile..
I had reached out to the support team and a ticket #154778 was created for me with the promised that I would be attended to in three working days which today make the 4th working days yet have not been attended to :smiling_face_with_tear:

What’s the issues, my profile has been verified pending my address so why is there ban on my mt5 account?

Now I’m scared to fund it Incase I won’t be able to trade or withdraw.
Please attend to this should I close my account and create another?
