It’s almost a week now I created an account, but I can’t trade on mt5 yet because my broker is yet to update some stuffs under my profile..
I had reached out to the support team and a ticket #154778 was created for me with the promised that I would be attended to in three working days which today make the 4th working days yet have not been attended to 
What’s the issues, my profile has been verified pending my address so why is there ban on my mt5 account?
Now I’m scared to fund it Incase I won’t be able to trade or withdraw.
Please attend to this should I close my account and create another?
