I was using smart trader and lost 2 dollars simply because the 2 minute timer I inputted stopped running before the 2 minutes elapsed. My connectivity was consistent and this happened twice in a roll and it is very unfair.
I am now beginning to question how genuine this platform is.
Deriv don’t want to see us win same thing happened to me but I was using mt5 I was trading v75
