I’m genuinely so annoyed my the treatment of deriv’s live chat/support. I have been trying to withdraw my money for 4 days and I paused my trading because of the issue I’m facing. First, 4 days ago I try to withdraw to skrill like I normally do and my withdrawal request was declined, I received an email saying I should withdraw to volet as I have yet to withdraw my deposit amount to volet. BUT!!! a while ago I deleted my volet account and got support to remove it from my cashier (I provided them documented email by volet of my account closure) and it was removed. Volet no longer appears for me to withdraw. I contacted the live chat, explained this and was told by them to re-open my volet account to withdraw to volet. I re-opened my volet account, made a small deposit via volet and went to withdraw and in my cashier, volet didn’t appear. So I’m being declined withdrawals because I need to withdraw to volet, EVEN THO I have closed my account and had it removed from my cashier BY support. So I explain this AGAIN to the live chat, opened mulitple tickets and then I get someone telling me that I can withdraw via LTC… What does this have to do with ltc? I keep opening tickets and getting this copy and paste answer. Lastly, today, I tried to deposit skrill again to see if I’ll be able to withdraw to skrill AND I GO TO THE CASHIER AND BOTH SKRILL AND VOLET ARE NOT AVAILABLE IN MY ACCOUNT AS WITHDRAW OPTIONS… How can this happen??? how can they even remove skrill for me even tho I always deposit skrill. So I withdraw my funds via usdc to see if it will work and it worked. But this didn’t solve my problem. I can deposit skrill but they removed it from my cashier withdrawal option. I re-opend my volet account because my payment withdrawals keep getting denied and it is not showing in my cashier withdraw. HOW DO I WITHDRAW THEN? This is unbelievable I literally am so confused… I need a solution now. The live chat runs me in circles and doesn’t provide me solutions and doesn’t give equate replies. I need a solution NOW.
