It’s rather annoying that after I made a withdrawal request and it was processed successfully, it didn’t reflect on my bank account. I’ve tried to reach out through the LiveChat but it seems like the button on the website is just for decoration!! I wouldn’t like to see Deriv as a false broker but until my issues are resolved and my withdrawal reflects on my bank…

Hello @Farahin_derivadmin . The live chat doesn’t work on my windows but it works on my mac. Also, it’s been 9 days since I made my withdrawal request and it hasn’t been confirmed by my bank that I made any transaction!

Same with mine I withdrew usdt a week ago but It hasn’t seen me I don’t know why I connected support team they just wait deriv would connect me
