Wrong payout

Hello everyone,

I opened a position with a payout of 38$ however only 1.54$ profit was added to my account after the result came out as a success. I took a screenshot on the trading panel thay shows your last operation:

And went to check the profit table after, now it said that the payout was set for 3 dollars but this was never the trade that I inserted!!!

I have sent an email to both payments and support and I am awaiting for an answer. I am worried this were to be an ocurrence that remains without a solution as it could very well happen again in the future with a high risk position. Is there any help I can be provided with?
