WHY WAS I UNDERPAID?

I just received my payout to my bank account from deriv. But I was underpaid.

I funded my deriv account with $50 at an exchange rate of 719.4 Nigerian Naira(NGN) per $1, so I paid 35, 970 (NGN)

But I received $100 from deriv at an exchange rate of 291.08 (NGN) per $1, so I received 29,108 (NGN).

I am supposed to receive about 71,940 (NGN) not 29,108(NGN).

Why was I underpaid. This is very shocking and I am very upset now.
