We would like to share a step-by-step on how to solve the Zingpay Customer Redirected Error
Your deposit is unsuccessful as you might enter an invalid login credential or browser issue.
- Please go to the Cashier page and click on the Deposit and kindly make sure your account is age verified before you proceed to deposit using ZingPay as it is the requirement to use that payment method.
- Once you clicked on the Zingpay method, please select your preferred Bank.
- Then you may enter your login credential as per request.
- If you received an error message in the image above, please make sure that you are using the valid login credential and the updated version of the Google Chrome browser or you can use the incognito mode.
Disclaimer: If you are using Capitec Bank to deposit, please ensure that to add Deriv as a beneficiary in your banking application.
