Account locked after deposit

I deposited money into my fiance’s trading account from my bank account. The account is now locked and we can’t do any trades. We recieved an email saying that they need a bank statement and a picture of the card used to make the deposit before the can unlock the account. This was 3 days ago and we still haven’t heard anything back. Has anyone had a similar experience or can maybe advise me on how they dealt with the problem?
