Do you have any thoughts on how to change your home address on our platform?
Allow us to share with you the steps to change your home address.

Log in to your account here

Go to your profile page here. and choose the “Personal details” option on the left sidebar.

Update your new home address in the “Address” section and once done, click the “Submit” button.

You shall receive an email requesting you to submit the latest Proof of Address (POA). For more information on POA, you can refer here. Kindly allow 1 to 3 working days for the respective team to do the checking and update you via email.

If the account has been fully authenticated or if your country of residence does not support the changes, you can contact our customer service via LiveChat to request the desired change by providing us with the relevant documents.

They dont give me option to change it, what to do
