You would have received an email from us recently, requesting the completion of your account verification process. This is highly encouraged to have a seamless trading experience.

We have enabled the verification setting in your Deriv account. Please upload your proof of identification (POI) and proof of address (POA) to complete your account verification. If you see that a document is pending upload on your profile, do upload them accordingly.

If the document upload feature is not yet enabled in your account, we suggest that you log out from your account and log in again for it to be activated.

Once your documents are uploaded via our website, it will take 1 to 3 working days to complete the account verification, provided that all documents meet the relevant requirements.
