I am new to Deriv. I sent some funds Binance using XRP to my Deriv account. But i reused the same address and tag number since it was saved in my whitelisted wallets. The first transfer was 32 dollars which came through. The second 64 dollars did not come. Kindly help me retrieve this. Thank you.
