Hi Team,
I have created a Deriv account recently and i am facing this issue currently. I have raised this question several times via your in buit chat bot Amy and seems like thats not working. Here are my issues
1. Name is wrong. Once i have created this account, the name was correct. but after i have uploaded the documents, My DL and address verification, my name got incorrect. The spellings are wrong now. But My location and Identitiy documents are verified now.
I have raised this issue weeks ago and thats Not fixed so far
2. Not getting the OTP to my mobile. I have tried different mobile numbers from different networks as well. but still not getting the OTP code. I have informed this to the Chatbot and it did recomended some solutions. None of them have worked. I have given all the details and everything clearly. Can you look in to these issues please?
I have reached out to Amy regarding this. But i didnt receive any possible positive answer.
Without these verifications, we cannot do a deposit to the account.
