My ID card has my middle name on it but my bank account doesn’t have my middle name, how do I verify my identity with
these documents on deriv, please, help me.
My utility bill has my father’s name but deriv wants my utility bill in my name for proof of Address, what do I do, please, help me.
@brummer-acetiam-2 ,. To make it more easier, you have to add the middle name to your bank account so that it can appear on the statement.
Then resend to deriv.
So go to your bank and tell them to do that. Follow the process that your bank will give you to accomplish it.
