We wanted to let you know that we’ll be updating our MT5 servers on Thursday, 27th March 2025, between 02:00 - 03:00 GMT to increase capacity and improve performance. There will be downtime that may last up to 60 minutes. All trading activities, deposits, and withdrawals for your MT5 account will be intermittently unavailable during this time.
Please review your open positions and modify them if needed. You may not be able to modify them during the update.
Our services will resume as soon as the update is complete. If you experience any difficulties accessing Deriv MT5 after the scheduled maintenance, we recommend uninstalling and re-installing the MT5 app. You can find the download link for your device on the Deriv MT5 page.
