I used to receive money in my MT5 account, and sometimes it would also come into Trader Hub. But now I’m seeing that the money is not coming into my MT5 account; it’s coming directly into Trader Hub. And when it comes into Trader Hub, it appears under the name of turnover.

So why am I not receiving my MT5 commission? Is the commission being added together in Trader Hub? Or is it delayed? How can I check this?

Secondly, when I open my Affiliate Partner dashboard, I don’t see any data that shows what is directly coming into Trader Hub. So how can I differentiate which accounts are generating how much money? And how much money is coming from each of my clients’ accounts?
