If you made a deposit to the payment agent and if the payment agent is unresponsive, please ensure the following steps you have taken before contacting us :
- Contact the payment agent after you paid them with proof of transfer
- Allow 24 hours timeframe for the payment agent to credit the funds
Once you have done that, please provide us with the following details :
- Proof of transfer including the payment agent’s name, account number and date
- Proof of conversation with the payment agent
- Proof of payment agent’s details in Whatsapp/Telegram (phone number)
We will work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
