I have paid 180usd/18153 INR using UPI payment method transaction id: 603512713986. I’ve contacted to the deriv support they left me on long waiting and always asking the matter details again and again they said please wait 1 day after that they said wait 3 day again they said wait 3 days and now they come up with saying we have not received your fund and your payment was unsuccessful. I have every proofs every single thing to prove that i have paid to the merchant even i checked with my bank and my bank is clearly showing that the amount has been successfully transferred and merchants bank has confirmed the payment in their account.

I will definitely defame Deriv platform to the best level i can.
