Deriv I am a foreign student in India. I am under government scholarship and i stay in the university hostel. So everything about my accommodation goes directly to school account from government. That means i don’t pay bill i just use the resources. In addition, i do not have a bank account. So i wanted you to assist me, which proof of address should i get for verification.

This is the similar reason my account was closed. I always sent prove of address to them but unfortunately I had to scan with my phone and will be black and white so I was told it’s blocked. I am left wondering if I don’t have a coloured scanner does it make my document unofficial
