Hello. My real account isn’t showing when I login to deriv website but I am able to login on mt5 and trade. How do I resolve this?

I’m Pretty frustratrated for the past wasted few hours, where in the world does one log into Live Chat???
My Deriv MT5 Demo account works via Mobile app, yet my funded “Real” account shows it is funded (reflects my deposit), yet somehow its either not activated…attempts to get my charts in is also failing.
Please help!
