I tried depositing funds into my MT5 account today, but I got a message saying I’m sharing the same account information with another user. I don’t understand this, as I’m the only one using my account and I have only one account.
When I checked my account settings, I noticed it shows that my account has not been verified, even though I completed verification months ago and it confirmed as verified. I went through the verification process again, but I’m still getting the same message about sharing a bank account with another user, which is not true.
I’m not getting any useful response so far, and this issue is stopping me from trading. Please, how can I unlock my cashier so I can start taking trades again?
