For simple matters that should take a finger snap to address, Deriv is now taking way too long . This gives you as a trader uncertainties especially with news that are all over social media of people complaining how they were scammed ! I have a ticket that Deriv is saying go on live to be solved and on live chat they say send an email which is then never attended ! Are these the signs that we sleep on ? I’m thinking yes
