Hi…I understand your plight and we will get through it… perhaps deriv no longer supports virtual account withdrawals…but your funds is safe… all you may need to do is deposit a minimum of $10 through an E wallet of your choice…and place a new withdrawal using that same E wallet.

It’s very easy, you can withdraw through skrill or perfect money, you just need to a small deposit like $10 , and you can withdraw.
