I didn’t receive the first email the first time and kindly resend it even up to now the Payment Agent is still holding the money..
She said that she will not send me the money up to until I receive the first email..so kindly resend the first email..

In this email u sent to me u said u had sent me email earlier also the agent said I have been contacted via email
I didn’t receive any email from deriv .
Can u tell me how I will get a confirmation email that the agent wants to see first so as to send me my money ??
