Withdrawal Dispute taking way over 6hours to be reviewed and rectified.

My DP2P withdrawal dispute hasnt been rectified as of now Monday 23 March 2026 at 11:35am CAT yet I opened it yesterday at 15:00 CAT so it’s almost been one whole day of waiting without no useful response or update from the so called review team.

Amy the chat bot keeps repeating itself by giving me useless advice which hasnt made my dispute to be resolved in their 6 hour time frame.

My Order ID is 116153.

To be clear, this is all happening to me because a scammer using an account with the name was trying to steal my funds from p2p by trying to make me confirm that I received payment yet in actually fact I hadn’t, when I asked them to send me proper proof of payment they didn’t and decided to send me messages on WhatsApp trying to make me use some fake external link which I’ll attach on this note.

Please resolve my issue as, this is very incompetent of you guys. I need my funds back asap.

Amy on the live chat hasnt been helpful at all with speeding up the process it keeps giving excuses of what it cant do and that I should keep waiting for the review teams response yet they haven’t had the decency enough to even give me an update or any form of feedback.
