- Deriv Manage Account Settings > Close your account
Before closing your account, please close all your open positions and withdraw all the funds in your account.
Step 1: Close all open positions
Go to the Open positions to close all open positions from your Deriv.com accounts.
If you have opened positions in your MT5 account, please close them too.
Step 2: Withdraw your funds
Go to the Cashier to withdraw funds from your Deriv.com and MT5 accounts.
After completing the steps above, you may contact us with your request.
Please note that you cannot create a new account once this is done, as our policy does not allow clients to have multiple accounts with us.
