Account Freeze, funds cannot be recovered

My account got frozen, saying country not supported. Was told I can withdraw my funds and contact them once done.

Problem is my trading account has my funds, which I cannot transfer to my standard account to withdraw, there is an error that pops out saying account restricted.

Going to support, they say I don’t have to transfer and can just withdraw available funds immediately.

Almost a week now, ticket still ongoing on chat and keeps being resolved when the issue is not being addressed at all.

Irony is that my account got frozen less than 3 hours of me depositing and made a small profit.

Can someone expedite this? Honestly I am starting to think the agents are trying to tell me I cannot withdraw and that’s the reason they keep resolving the tickets every time they reply something.

I already noticed from the other discussions that someone will come in and say to continue conversation on live chat/ticket. My ticket id #23343120, I’d be glad to chat to solve the issue.
