I made a deposit on 29th, December 2024 but until now it hasn’t reflected in my account, i have tried reaching out but all i’m told is to wait for 1-3 working days but now it has been a week and nothing has been done, i’m so frustrated because every time you keep telling me to reply to a certain ticket ID which i already did but nothing so far…
