Hi team. Please kindly assist. I have been failing to deposit on my Deriv account. Its saying Fraudulent since Saturday and now im stuck.

- What method did you use to deposit?
- If the method you used is credit card, is it bearing your name or it’s another person’s name?

- Yes my account is fully verified.
- I used my VISA card
- The card is registered in my name.
NB: I have used the same method, the same card for depositing as well as withdrwawing for more than 3 times. Im still a beginner, just started last month.

If it still persists, then deposit via ewallet.
