DEPOSIT DECLINED.


Hi team. Please kindly assist. I have been failing to deposit on my Deriv account. Its saying Fraudulent since Saturday and now im stuck.

  1. Is your account fully verified?
  2. What method did you use to deposit?
  3. If the method you used is credit card, is it bearing your name or it’s another person’s name?

Hi.

  1. Yes my account is fully verified.
  2. I used my VISA card
  3. The card is registered in my name.

NB: I have used the same method, the same card for depositing as well as withdrwawing for more than 3 times. Im still a beginner, just started last month.

@bousier-acronal-2 ,. Ok, then try using another card but still in your name and see how it goes.
If it still persists, then deposit via ewallet.
