hello am morris i deposited amount worthy 36 usd am told its pending approval what is the issue

Secondly, did you deposit from an account that bears the same name on your deriv account?
I am making my deposits still pending whats the problem in my case

Upi payment method . I have verification proof of id and address .they are unable to tap
@brinies-acronyc-2 ,. Ok since your account is verified, then you have to wait till deriv verifies your payment.
Once done, it will be approved. Be patient.
