My account has been dormant since 2022 and i have never deposited any money or traded. If i deposit will deriv charge me with the dormant fee.

Please note that in this case, since you have not deposited, a dormant fee will not be charged. We see that you account is active, hence you may log in without issue and deposit/trade 
For further information, please note that the dormant fee of up to 25 USD/EUR/AUD/GBP can be charged, every 6 months, if your account remains inactive for over 12 months (as mentioned, this is only if you have deposited).
