My Account was Deactivated Wrongfully

My account, which I have been using for years with Deriv, has suddenly been deactivated, and I have been cited as having a US IP address. Note that I live in Trinidad and Tobago, which is where I was trading from and have been trading from since 2020. What is even more worrying and frustrating, I recently made a deposit to my live account and was actively using the demo side of this account to test my strategy when it suddenly stopped working. Now I have no access to my account and my deposit.

To make matters worse, I immediately created another demo account, which has been working perfectly fine for three days now. Thus, my question to Deriv is: if I was trading from the US with a US IP address, how am I able to immediately create another account to trade?

Therefore, with that said, I would like my account reactivated immediately because this is definitely a mistake on Deriv’s end.
